Having worked in the corporate world for 16 years, alongside navigating tough unforeseen circumstances personally, I realised the importance and need for breath education and coaching. That’s what led me to create The Freedom Layer
with 3 foundational layers: BREATHE. REWIRE. OPTIMISE.
A framework shaped by experience and backed by theory.
I’m a breath and mindfulness coach certified with 3 leading institutes in their respective fields as well as being a student of Vipassana Meditation.
I offer personalised, 1-1, couples, groups, corporate and workshops covering the full spectrum of breath related topics with a majority of clients focusing on stress, sleep, asthma and recovery as well as more explorative and immersive practice for established students.
