The Freedom Layer is a conscious space where healing begins with something simple, powerful, and always available—your breath.

Founded with the intention of making nervous system healing accessible to everyone, we offer online, donation-based breathwork classes rooted in compassion, presence, and personal sovereignty. We understand that true transformation doesn’t come from doing more—but from gently returning to yourself.

Our approach is trauma-informed, heart-led, and grounded in the science of nervous system regulation. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about the power of your breath, you’re welcome here—just as you are.

About

Mark’s main aim is to empower people to regain control through their breathing. Having worked in the corporate world for 16 years, alongside navigating tough unforeseen circumstances personally, he realised the importance and need for breath education and coaching.
